RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund. We do NOT offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please first return the item + place a new order.

The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs. 

Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. Hang Tags must be attached (without ever being removed). Please be mindful of make up and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.

Any item purchased using a discount code higher than 15% or during a sale is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale)

Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. 

SUN N MOON reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or with your local police department. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS. ACCORDINGLY, SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN LISTED BELOW & IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.
